Q: How long will it take for my order to be mailed out?
Since most orders are partially pre made prior to listing typical processing time is 3-11 business days or sooner depending on work load. During sales and new releases our processing time may be at the 11th day mark due to high volume orders. This estimate does not include weekends, holiday or mailing time.
Q: What type of clip or headband are they on?
You have a couple of options to choose from.
a) First, I provide black or tan nylon headbands. I do have other colors available upon request. These are one size fits most Newborn to Adults. These headbands are a favorite amongst mommies as they are very soft on the head.
b) Secondly, Clips, I have Alligator Clips with teeth or no teeth aka single or double prong clips. Depending on the bow size will determine the size of the clip. If your wanting the bow to be placed on left or right side of your little ones head head please specify left or right side in NOTES.
c) Third, at an extra charge you can choose FOE - Fold over Elastic or Satin lined hard headbands. You can find these in the ADD ON - HEADBAND Section of the website.
d) Lastly, I will also provide an Interchangeable FOE. This will allow you to use the same headband and clip on various bows without having to always pay additional for FOE and giving you the flexibility to add various bows accordingly.
Q: Can I return an Item I no longer want?
Due to items being handmade and for personal use ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Q: What if my items came in damaged? Can I get reimbursed?
I do quality inspections before each item is mailed out. If you have received a damaged package please call your local Post Office for mishandling your order. Adding insurance will also be another solution to avoid a situation in this instance
If damaged is due to workmanship please contact me for further assistance but I take pride in my work and am confident you will love our products.
Q: What type of material do you use?
We use a wide variety of high quality fabrics which includes but not limited to, vegan faux leather, faux suede, non shedding glitter canvas fabric, grosgrain ribbon, felt, velvet, cotton fabric and several others.
Q: Do you have any discounts I may use on my order?

Q: What form of payment do you take?
I take all major credit cards that will process via Paypal. You do not need to have an account to purchase through Paypal. If you are local, pickup is always welcomed and cash accepted but I will not hold any orders for more than 10 days. Please contact me to waive any shipping fees since you will be picking up. Please understand that those picking up orders I will charge a handling fee of $3.00.
Q: Do you mail outside the US?
We currently are mailing to any USA addresses only but will be expanding soon
Q: My clip came undone from the bow. What should I do?
All bows are check for quality and sturdiness before being mailed out. In the event that your clip comes undone a simple fix of hot glue should do the trick. If this is still not working make sure to contact me for further help.
Q: Will you restock your sold out items soon?
If an items sells out fairly quickly and I have several requests I will restock the Item if my supplier still has the material available.
Q: Do you combine shipping?
Yes. If you make multiple orders within the same day your orders will be mailed out together and shipping will be refunded. If you place another order within the day or 2 I will allow shipping to be combined ONLY if your order has not been processed or mailed out yet. Just be advised that this may increase your processing time. Please message me for a combine shipping code.
Q: What if I want to cancel my order?
You may cancel your order within 24hrs hours ONLY if your order has not been processed and/or mailed out.
Q: What if I never received my package?
Unfortunately, once a package has been dropped off at the Post Office I no longer have control over it. Please contact your local Post Office and provide them with the tracking number for any further assist.
Q: Do you make your items in a smoke free home?
Yes. My home is smoke free and pet free.
